Iridium SBD Applications DevelopmentCelestech has developed a number of embedded applications using the Iridium Short Burst Data (SBD) communications service. These applications have rigorous requirements, demanding environmental specifications and challenging power budgets. In response to these challenges, we developed the TS-IRIDIUM board in conjunction with one of our partners. Using this board as a building block, we have integrated SBD into command, control and data collection applications that operate in remote areas without external power. These applications run 24x7 and provide mission critical performance to our customers in harsh conditions. We can leverage our experience to assist you with developing new SBD-enabled applications. This will reduce your time to market and your overall expense. We are experienced with developing applications for third parties. We respect and protect your intellectual property. All third-party work is performed on a work-for-hire basis and Celestech does not retain rights to any externally funded developments.
